This was suggeted to me as an exercise long ago but I never did it... bt after looking through the "
letter to your bully" thread I am starting to see how helpful it could be.
Please try to avoid going into too much detail (or just use hide boxe for any graphic parts.
Remember when reading that many of these letters may be triggering to read, so do please be careful.
