Strangely enough I am exactly the same I can walk out in the snow wearing only a tshirt and according to my mum I have never caught a cold but the only downer is that I feel the heat more e.g. A match burns me more than it should a normal person and when I went to my doctor about it he just said that my body temp is really high so my immune system fights the cold quicker than my body can feel it.
