Because I find it useful to keep count of my recovery. For some people counting doesn't work but for me it does. I suspect that once I get to ten years free i will probably stop. Also unlike Facebook where I don't post there due to the fact that I have non rylers on there and therefore the majority of people don't know that I SI I have nobody to share it with who will understand what it's like to be free.
Also if you read my first post then I have made progress in other areas I make a new post every year to evaluate it.
