A lot has happened and I self harmed for the first time in years.
It was so pathetic too.

I feel out of control.

I've over mediated because I'm stupid.
I just couldn't cope

	The average, well-adjusted adult gets up at 7.30am feeling just plain terrible. Call me Kate. I have dyslexia so please excuse my poor spelling and sometimes poor understanding.
