I had an bear when I was small and I thought that I had lost him in an house move. I bought one on ebay which was tricky because it was discontinued in 1982 and most of them was for sale in America. Which meant that I would have had to pay ransom tax. Anyway I eventually found one for sale in the UK and so I bought it. I had him for about 18 months when one day my mum commented that there was an identical bear on my brothers bed in my parents house. Turns out that he found my original bear in my parents attic (do bear in mind that my parents attic is bigger than my living room and bedroom combined). So now my replacement bear lives in my flat and my original bear lives in my bedroom in my parents house where he has always belonged.
