I think its a personal choice, if someone is suffering with a terminal illness that makes every second of their life unbearable and they want to die then they should be allowed to.
However I reckon if it did become legal, it should be in a way that doesnt lead the way to suicide clinics for non terminal illness reasons...if that makes any sense.
