This is the exact same thing i'm troubled with right now. I'm going out and will have ti drink cous my friend is celebrating a huge success and i feel so fat and terrible. I gained a bit but i really feel awful and can't really say anything helful except that i can understand you... hope you're coping with this better than me... hugs
