Sorry, I appear to be on a thread-making spree!
Some people from Time To Change accosted me on campus for world mental day to try to force feed me brownies and get me to fill in a sheet about mindapples, and now I'm asking you good folk of RYL (about mindapples, I'm afraid I have no brownies to offer!)
Here's what it said on the 'apple' I was given:
What's the 5-a-day for your mind?
We all know how to take care of our bodies, but what about our minds?
A mindapple is anything we do that's good for our minds, from going dancing to having a nice cup of tea. We want to know what works for you. What are your five mindapples?
Mine are probably:
1. Cookies!
2. Keeping my mind fit by doing something intellectual
3. Making time for relaxation
4. Getting enough sleep
5. Hugs!
