I don't think this would really work through RYL, because in a way it already acts as a sort of sponsor-like help. There are many ways to get support when you need it, either through the forums, the supporters, Chat, or Live Help if it is online.

Ryl offers lots of support and these things only work in real life in these groups. The problem is alot of people dont want to hand thier number out and have strangers calling them because they want to harm themselfs, it can be abused very easily and what happens ief a person is busy or doesnt want to deal with it?
