Exam Tomorrow :( Anxiety.
I have an exam tomorrow.
Up until now I had been quietly confident about my ability & the experience. But then my friend reminded me simply about what we had to bring and my head just flipped into massive anxiety.
I need to calm these anxious thoughts, and I can try mindfulness but I need more than that right now, I think reassuring myself might help.
I'm so worried not so much about the exam but mostly people being sick (phobia of vomit) and secondly the exam. I'm trying to picture the end result (walking out of the exam room) because they went really well last year despite this same anxiety.
Owh, anything you can say to help would be much appreciated.
