Actually yes i think there is more you could be doing! I am bloody angry that you promise to call me then don't bother. Do you ever think that i might of been relying on that phone call? You are the crises team for heavens sake and you have an answerphone! Who the hell wants to talk to an answerphone whan they are like this? A more appropreat name for you might be the circus team! Get your act together! You patients arnt numbers on your bord. we are living people in troubel and we deserve to be treated like it!
