Hmm, it doesn't cost me much. I'm what you could call a dirty self harmer. Never use first aid, buy a pack of 'Tools' and it lasts me quite a while. I re-use blades often.
I don't care if anyone sees the blood on sheets/clothes, everyone knows I self harm in my house.. And the purchases of long sleeved clothing hasn't been much at all. I was due more clothes anyways, I just bought long sleeved instead of short.
I can see how some peoples mount up though. First aid supplies seem expensive as hell!
