Hey people!
This thread is for any members to discuss White Wednesday, talk to and encourage other members doing White Wednesday, or to have any questions answered or just see what goes on.
The relaunch of White Wednesday means this thread can be used to discuss
anything you may be trying to do for your WW - whether it's self-care and looking after yourself for abuse survivors, to having a shower and making a meal when you're very depressed, to attempting to not self-harm or reduce your self-harm on that Wednesday. Absolutely anything you want to try to do!
Just a few things to clear up before we begin!
- When asking for support or mentioning potentially triggering/triggering topics or words - please use a HIDE box and clearly label what it is triggering for. Hopefully this will prevent people who are triggered by certain things getting triggered when reading replies.
- Do not feel you have to do White Wednesday. It's up to you if and when you want to attempt it and do not be disheartened if you don't acheive it. Well done for trying!
- Be respectful of other members and their personal goals for their White Wednesday. The great thing about having everything in one thread is it brings the community together!
