I'm just appalled at the way A&E treated me when I had an "accident."
It was the first time in over a year that I have ended up in hospital for something self...

its because you are conciously thinking about not doing it which makes you want to do it more ( kinda like reverse psychology perhaps) so every little thing becomes more triggering. thats how i see...
