My social worker told me I was incredibly strong to keep going (after some bad past experiences) and that I defeated almost impossible odds to gain any education at all!

OMG do ear piercings count? I had mine pierced at age 11 (so deviant!) and I'm pretty sure that's when my life began spiralling downwards. If only I hadn't given in to my desires *sob*
