I love this idea but I doubt it will happen here to be honest. Let me know if you do manage to set up a site or anything with this in mind as I have loved my debate classes in uni.

I just looked it up and the only medication that came about causing nerve damage was for things such as cancer and HIV. Recreational abuse wise things such as solvents.
