thanks for all the replys.Feeling a little better bout it today,didnt cut last night even though the urge was preaty bad and that always puts me in a better mood and the suns out to play too.

new to this.Been trying so hard to have a good spell without self harm,promised my housemate id have a good period and we would help each other but i only managed 3 weeks before it became too...
