I am really struggling feel suicidal and my psychosis is bad been a bit psychotic the last 3days and self harming a lot at the moment it's second to third degree burns so quite bad need some support...

I did manage to speak to my counsellor about things and it really helped but am really struggling at the moment my self harm is just so bad at the moment but am seeing my counsellor again today...

Struggling

Hi i am really struggling with my self harm and depression for the last 3 weeks really badly have burned 4 times and have been re opening the burns haven't struggled this much in a year
