I think if I felt hungry I could ?justify? eating but if I?m not hungry it?s like I?m eating for the sake of it and it makes it that bit harder

I?m in ed recovery and I never feel hungry, it?s like I?m immune to hunger signals. Is this normal? Will there come a time when I do feel hungry? I wonder if I?d have a better relationship with food...

So historically I have been diagnosed as bulimic, and restrictive ednos and been treated in hospital and at home. Both these have been professionally diagnosed....
