4 months free! F*CK*NG FINALLY!

Its taken a lot! 3 years, 6 therapists, 1 rehab, 1 psych ward, a swift kick in the ass, and enough family and emotional support to kill a man! But in the end it was worth it. Im finally 4 months free...

Self harm statistically is (from what I've found) is 85 percent women. So I thought the guys who SH should get their own thread. Just for shits and kicks really.

Just hang in there. Maybe try to distract urself or even talk to a friend about ur urges?
