So one of the people I work with recently lost his daughter to suicide, he comes to work everyday and puts on a brave face.

He seems so pained and you can see his hurt in his eyes.

I just lost it and threw out practically everything that isn't a safe food.

I live in a flat and do food by myself and just pretty much emptied my shelf and fridge. Of everything except a few veges.
