The laxatives you get are not always enemas. Sometimes you get 2 sachets of a drink that you take the day before. The laxatives are not that bad. But I'd recommend you buy some of the moist toilet...

Its impossible to speculate on this as it depends on too many factors. I would say if you are taking more than a prescribed dose that you should seek medical advice as damage can build up.
