at this point, just seeing blood or something...

at this point, just seeing blood or something sharp triggers me to want to cut. Normal distractions are not helping anymore. I am just not sure what to do anymore

After you've cut right when it's starting to heal the cut has this sting. This sting hurts (at least to me) in its own special way and it just calls me to cut more... how do I keep from cutting...
