My migraines havn't gone away completely but are much less frequent now.

I tend to get them in work more than anywhere else? Bright lights, no air con, stress etc all being huge factors for me....

Wash the area (saline solution or sea salt water) dry (try and pay dry not rub ) twice a day and it should clear up. If not go to the doctors....
