its actually quite 'normal' for this to happen...but it usualy means the person isnt dealing with the underlying issue and hense still needs a behaviour of some sort....does that sound true of you?

I did as part of my anorexia - ie when forced...

I did as part of my anorexia - ie when forced into a situation i had to eat normally. And also when i was recovering but struggling with my meal plan.
