ive only ever told my therapist this, she says its just that we were finding out about ourselves and nothing more. im not convinced. it still bothers me, its still in my head. even now it wont leave....

putting off eating is so easy for me. i dnt tend to get hunger pangs anymore. and rarely feel hungry. and yet often jsut keep eating coz im bord i feel so disgusting and horrible and repelant.
