Switching meds

Hi,

I'm currently in the process of switching meds from citalopram to sertraline. I'm day 4 of the switch and have the most horrdendous headache and pain killers aren't touching it. Is this normal?

Unlimited NHS therapy

Hi,

I've been offered unlimited NHS therapy and this makes me feel very guilty as i know most people have time limited sessions and I'm struggling to accept I deserve what they are offering me.
