My house mates hid my sharps?!

Ok, so my house mates (who are a couple) know I self harm but today one of them found my first aid kit with my tools in etc and shes hidden it. I don't know what to do now, its not fair shes taken...

initial assessment

Hi,
I have my initial assessment for therapy next week but I have no idea what to expect. Can anyone give me some insight into what it might involve? Also, are they allowed to share that I self harm?
