I think about that a lot when I used to work at a sub shop. The knives they use to cut the meet would make me scared that I would hurt myself. They were very triggering to me.

I am emotional crazy. I am on meds and thats what my problem is. They are messing me up. I have nothing going wrong in my life ( so to say). But i am so depressed and anxious and crying all the time....
