17 months out of the window...

I had gone almost 17 months without self harming until Saturday just gone where I scratched my wrist raw with my (non-existant) nails (it's amazing what you can do when you are desperate isn't it)....

Feeling guilty or ashamed after cutting is common. It's part of the cycle, you feel bad so you cut and then you feel guilty so cut again because you feel bad for doing it and so it goes on and on....
