Glad to help! Hope you find something from there. I think the MIND infoline is a good port of call too. I've used it in the past and it helps you if you have a specific reason to need it.

It's perfectly plausible to register with a uni GP - I did it with my first university - or go to your old GP if you are still registered with them.
