A SI version- What have you done for recovery today?
I noticed there is a thread on the ED ^ same title but for that board. It seems quite popular and helpful. So I thought we could try it on this board (ovbiously if it's not wanted the thread will drop down the list).
Ok I'll start I got up when I felt like I couldn't be arsed and was tired and went to my adult english class to practise before my exam on Friday so I go to college to keep busy and have more structure in my day. (sorry if it seems a pointless one) xxx |
i spoke to my manager and she is gonna keep chasing me until i have booked an appt with the new dr and rang cmht back again(she knows everything) told her bout current injuries and she was lovely....and tonight i dont want to do anything! x

Well done Lil'-esky and Ranger-fairy! I sent in my rsvp to the Red Cross skin camoulague clinic today, even filling in the box to describe my skin condition as "self harm- cutting." I'm actually going to go! And I'm five days free today ^^

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to put up this thread like the one on the ED board, what have i done erm..i found a blade picked it up looked at it and then put it down without using it.

well doneee everybodyy :)
i got up and went to college when i wanted to sit in and cry all day. when i was in a situation that would usually scare me, make me feel like crap then make me run the toilet and cut. I kept my calm. Let it ride. Went for some air. & I Havent cut today:) xo |
I went out of a lesson upset but instead of cutting in my cubicle I let myself cry and then I wiped my eyes and went back to the lesson!

I went another day with out SI

I told my friends I wasn't feeling 'good' and they kept me out all day to keep me busy and made sure I had some decent lunch.

I talked to my OT about my future and my motivation, and have made an appointment for Monday to get out and have some exercise.

I haven't done this yet, but i'm planning on getting my dance mat out to do some exercise!

I've been using my DBT skills to enable me to get a cut checked out at the doctors and i have made a vow not to cut tonight.

I made it to work today even though i wanted to OD instead.
