*smashes the moth with a large shoe*

I've got to burn a bunch of bag worms today and those are scary.

What is it with Moths. They have big bodies compared to their wings. They seem to know that your scared and flutter all around you.

I dont like them either, <wimps out>

*waits till he settles*
*thwacks him hard enough to at least disable him*
*vacuums him up all gone*

Casper_Fading 09-07-2008 11:15 PM

*snickers* i'm sorry honey but I had a good friend who was scared fo them so we use to collect them and then let them out near her and she'd running screaming down the corridor at school... just try looking at it as a sign of freedom. Stupid freedom (as they fly into candle flames {i didn't do it, my friend did} and burn) but they have the softest dustiest wins. They're like... igly butterflies! My cat eats them...

vrinda_sevini 10-07-2008 06:01 AM

If you ever come across one again set them alight!
they turn to dust and you will see they are just flimsy nothings
worked for me anyway couldnt go in a room if a moth was in there before!!!

Kangaroo 12-07-2008 11:08 PM

Spray the moth with fly spray until it falls down and dies (then pick up with tissue, or just wait until someone else is around to get rid of whats left of it)

Note - fly spray also works well on small spiders, but it takes a lot of spray.

WD40 works even better....esp with a lighter ;o) LOL!

My boyfriend had one fly up his trouser leg yesterday! It was very traumatic, he hates them more than me!
Evil things.
