Hello i guess.
It's really weird posting here.. and kind of daunting. I'm so used to posting on different kinds of communities that are there to support me through problems, not help to stop them. Anyway, as a little introduction i guess i'll give you a short life story.

I've been self-harming since the age of 9 or 10, on and off though. I have been Anorexic for 4 years but was re-diagnosed a year ago with ED-NOS and i was recently diagnosed with bi-polar. So i guess that's me all summed up.

I got to a point when i finally decided that i need help. And i really don't like the kind of help when doctors, psychiatrists, counsillors etc, are up in my face. That's why i hope i find comfort in these forums.

Everyone who is new here usually feels the site is a bit daunting when they first arrive but the best way to combat this is just to get stuck in and start posting and from that you form lots of friendships and get lots of support.
