New and looking for friends
 

Hello everyone. After a year and a half of being self harm free I have relapsed badly and have come here as a last resort. At the moment no one knows I self harm. My mum found out when I first started and thought that it was a one off thing that I was doing for attention. She got mad at me and I've been hiding it from her ever since. I'm here if anyone wants to talk.

It's ok don't be too hard on yourself cause you relapsed that part of recovery that shows that you are not fully recovered yet keep trying dear it takes time & loads of hard work but you can do this !
