Hey :)

I'm 30, married, and have two annoying, lovable dogs. I'm a singer and I play the piano, knit a lot, and watch too much tv :laugh:

I work in academia, which is the source of a lot of my enjoyment *and* pain.

I started (psychoanalytical) therapy in the fall of 2017, and have been slowly starting to get to grips with some of my issues. My diagnosis as of now is anxiety disorder, unspecified, but I have a feeling it doesn't cover the whole story... Or maybe it's the underpinning common factor across all my problems - at this point, who can say.

I often find myself wanting to read other people's lived experiences with similar issues rather than clinical descriptions, so here I am :)
