Hello I'm New
 

Hi everyone,
My names Sarah. I'm new to this kind of stuff and am pretty socially awkward so I apologize. I am a very open person. I am in my early twenties and been suffering from depression and anxiety disorder since I was 15. I have over came other illnesses. Recently I was told I may be borderline bipolar, but I'm waiting for a second opinion. I haven't self harmed in nearly a year but everyday is a battle. I have no family or friends to turn to when I feel down or having one of my "bad" days, so I figured I'd give here a try. This site seems like it could be some help.
