Someone has swept my balcony/terrace thing.

The only way to access it is from inside my house.

I did not do it and all my doors are locked.

You know it's a basement flat with a little outdoor area. The neighbor could probable break I. Through the gate as my side isn't locked but he somehow managed to lock his fate from the other side.

Is it swept clean of is their a pile of dirt etc? Sometimes high winds in tight spaces can leave traces of dirt that could look swept. Sort of like dunes. Maybe a desert is forming on your "basement balcony"
