The world seems to be crashing and burning. help!
So it seems like a lot and I'm sorry. But my roommates dog has bloat and we cannot afford a vet. He's going to be dead by morning and I'm so scared. But the biggest thing is, my brother wants to adopt this man. An adult adoption( HE HASNT YET).And the problem is he really likes me. Like a lot. I'm scared because my brother would be so hurt. But I kinda like him too. He's 33 and I'm 19. And he's broken like me and I feel I can relate and he's nice to me. Unlike every other person I've liked or dated. Do I leave it alone or what? I mean I don't want to hurt my brother but. If he finds out.... ****. HELP PLEASE.:crying: :notsure:

With the dog, are there any pet charities who might be able to help you out? I know in England we have the pdsa who I think can offer low cost vet services to people who cannot afford to see a normal vet.
I think you should talk to your brother about the adoption situation, as it sounds like it could get awkward if the adoption proceeds and neither you nor this other guy have mentioned your feelings for one another. |
Hi there,
Sorry to hear about your room mates dog, it must be a hard situation to be in. As Jenna mentioned, there might be local charities or organisations that could help. After a quick Google search THIS link seems quite helpful. As for the adoption situation, it sounds quite complicated but the best thing to do is for you all to sit down and discuss it. Things could get really messy if nothing is said. x x x |
Hey,
How are you feeling now? Did the dog make it? The situation sounds very awkward and I can imagine any decision you make is going to be a difficult one. I think you should speak to your brother. As said above things could get tricky if nothing is said. Could you speak to him alone and calmly discuss the situation? |
