Southern England thunder last night
 

Who else couldn't sleep last night due to the two epic thunder storms we had?

Storms give me panic attacks but last night I managed to stay in my own bed for 90% of the storm and only went to see my mum for about 10 minutes! I am proud of myself haha. At 6am I even watched it out of the window.

Apparently we're due for more storms tonight after today's heatwave.

I'm staying inside today!

I slept through it. Had no idea there were storms until I looked at facebook this morning!

Apparently I unplugged all my sockets, no recollection of that or the storm! I know my cats were freaked out as they were all in sleeping this morning and usually we don't see them all day!

I didn't notice any storms last night...today here is REALLY close though so undoubtedly they'll be more today!

I love thunderstorms and Lightning, So calming and soothing...

Well, except that last night was fracking scary!

I was in a tent! I thought I was going to die =P

It's been ridiculously hot today!

We had storms up north too :)

we've had thunder storms for the past two nights.
Last nights was amazing though. Have had rumbles of thunder throughout today

They promised me a thunder storm for today, but so far nothing. :(

Lightning scares the crap out of me, I always flinch when I see a flash of lightning.

I must have slept through the storms last night. Hearing a few rumbles of thunder at the moment, I quite like thunder, makes me feel cozy when indoors.

God, you're brave. I'd be writing my will with twigs.

Yup today is the 3rd day of thunderstorms. Day 1 was pretty much just the southern half of UK and now it seems they're wide spread!

Much storm. Very noise. So annoying.

Especially since I have to leave the house at 7:30 for work and haven't been able to sleep till 4. I have a very physical job so it is less than ideal. Hmpf.

My friends house got hit with the big one up north! It's killed her internet, tv signal, laptop, house phone etc but as far as I know the house itself is physically okay.. She's now cut off from the world so hard to ask!!
