new member... chat doesnt work...
 

hi i am new here and wanted to use the chat option and it doesnt load for me, why is this?

Hi there, welcome to the site. Chat can be somewhat tempramental in some browsers. I couldn't get it to work in firefox, so had to download google chrome. Works perfect in there, so you might want to try that. Let us know how it goes won't you.

i am using chrome, it pops up and all i see is a blue screen... nothing more... so what am i doing wrong?

Authentication failed. this is what it keeps telling me, i hope somebody see's this and actually helps... i am alone here and dont understand why i cant get help???

You might find it helpful to make a thread in forum and community questions as someone who is more technically minded is more likely to see it

I find that when I'm using chrome and all I get a is a blank blue screen to close my browser, log into RYL again and then re open the chat. Sometimes it takes a couple gos to get it going.
