What do I say to prevent myself from being sectioned

Hey Oly. I think that's a good idea. Just say that you don't feel safe and that you think the medication will help make things better.

Remember, a section tends to be if you're not cooperating, and you are.

I think you just need to be honest with them and see what they say. Sorry you're feeling so unsettled and agitated. Let us know how you get on.

As the others have said, try to be honest and being sectioned is usually a last resort and only if you're not co-operating and you don't have capacity etc.

I am back home with some clonazepam that will last me until Monday, which is when I will call my care coordinator or psych.

I am going to rest.

Hugs how do you feel today? I took solian before and it helped me but I put on a lot of weight from it. I hope you find something else to help you.

The bedsheets are great, I really want a set.

I am anxious at the moment. I'm going to uni today and I'm not sure if I'm ready. But my free taxi has been booked so I can't turn back.

My psych is out of the office until the 3rd of April. But that is ok because there is always another psych in place temporarily who I can see.

I'm taking clonazepam with me to uni today just in case.
