Make a life easier

How to make life a lot easier for yourself and save time?

Working in repetitive job like typing and till work?
make use of the copy and paste facility or quantity facillity.
Always use a calculator
Always carry around a tiny diary or use your mobile
Install apps like skydive to work on the move
In every day life learn to pass on demands such as such picking children up from school.
Learn to say no
Always use ready made healthy sauces in cooking
Use a dictator f you are in meeting
At colllege or school use a laptop or iPad for work and notes
Learn to abbreviate in every day life
Always remember that mental health is important

What ever happened to good old pen and paper?! I go to meetings quite regularly, some once a week and I always use my note pad, has never done me wrong!

Don't you know, everyone needs one!

No its about making things easier for you rather than stressing out and taking longer to get things done. For example I use a dictator and laptop simply because of my dyspraxia it saves me missing so much and taking longer to write things down

I am certainly not lazy.

Pfft! I don't know about you but I use a dictator to take my notes.

I have an emergency cash safe now.

I put the key somewhere safe, and I have a money book and a small folder in there. So money in folder and I write in the book how much goes in and how much goes out and why I take it out.
So i'll put £5 or £10 in there so if I have any unexpected bills going out or anything, i'll still have that for food etc

Or if my mum needs money for petrol to get back to her house.
She is known for coming to my house first thing in the morning after school drop off and needs petrol money to get home :plain:

It's also about sharing what works for you and what makes life a lot easier to cope with because mental illnesses can make things a lot harder and if you have other stuff to deal with life can be tricky
