Were You Ever An S Club Fan?

We used to get S Club over her on Saturday mornings. I found the show easy to watch compared to the cartoons etc. Eastenders also showed here every week but I found I couldn't understand the accents without really paying attention. Something like S Club I could have on while cleaning, and I didn't have to hang on to every word. Rachel Stevens wasn't too hard to watch but I can't say I have a clue what's happened to her since the show

Yep used to love sclub and sclub juniors! Still think sclub juniors were too ypung to be pop stars at that are.

I remember CBBC's marathon day when they were starting up S Club Juniors. I recorded the entire thing. It was brilliant xD I still have the VHS tapes all these years later :P
And I bought the Sundown album last week from That's Entertainment :P

S Club the show however, we didn't get very often (or I just didn't see it very often) The films were played a fair bit though =]

FYI; Rachel Stevens is now working as a model for Select

I used to be a big S club fan. Bradley lives near my parents, he's a right git!

Him, the guy with dark hair that nobody remembers the name of, and one of the girls came to my uni on a 'renuinon' tour. It was shockingly bad. And he got caught smoking in the club xD

I never heard of "S Club Juniors"

I looked Rachel up on Wiki after posting this and saw shes 35. I thought she would be about 28 for some reason. I always liked her more (looks wise) than any of the Spice Bits.

I recall there was a reunion effort but they seemed to be playing clubs and pubs which means managers didn't have a high opinion of their remaining talents. Glad I caught them at their peak lol

Eeeeee I swear it was my first favourite group as a kid!
So playful and joyful and happy :) Even now it brightens me up (Although sometimes I can be a grumpy sod and get annoyed by the too-happy-iness)

Zedebee 18-06-2013 10:14 AM

Yes! And I still very much love them. Also S club juniors' version of Puppy Love was the first CD I ever bought.

Zedebee 18-06-2013 10:17 AM

Also 2 of the girls from s club juniors are now in The Saturdays.

Only occasionally watched the show, but liked S Club 7 when they were called that. By the time S Club juniors were around i was listening to Marilyn Manson.

Oh yes I was an avid fan! Drove everyone in my family to distraction!

FabulousMike 18-06-2013 04:37 PM

No, no I was not :P

I used to love them haha.

Ooh ooh, put your hands in the air.

Bring It All Back is shamelessly on my list of favourite ever songs. And S Club's greatest hits is in my 'recently played' CD pile.

pixiedust_11 18-06-2013 10:44 PM

ONLY THE BIGGEST FAN.

THE. BIGGEST. FAN.

I'm serious. When I was 7, I bought their album. The first song I ever learned was Reach. I used to play the CD on my micro system and make up dance routines whilst singing along to the lyrics written in the album cover.

I won a competition singing Reach.

REACH FOR THE STARS.

Oh my goodness I never knew I had this much feels I think even as a 20 year old I might still be in love with them...

:ermm:
