Had a bad day again
 

I've had a good couple of days lately, then it all came crashing down. I haven't relapsed or anything but...you know that scene from the labyrinth when she picks the wrong door and falls down the hole with all those hands grabbing at her? That's kinda how I feel right now. Everyone grabbing at me but no one helping...That feeling is causing some pretty strong urges. I mean, I'm at the point that I can't even blink without seeing it playing on my eyelids like a movie.

Just had to talk about it to ease my mind a little.

i remember that scene... and understand the feeling *hugs* i don't remember what happens next in the movie, but she ends up somewhere right, and survives, cause in the end she is the victor... the same can happen for you, even though right now feels like a nightmare

ALthough it looked as though the hands were grabbing at her, I saw it differently, I saw it as the hands helping her..slowing her down.

Don't give up faith you can make it through anything as long as you set your mind to do so
