Howwww do I fix a locked jaw it hurts so freaking bad.....

Can you go to A&E?
You need you jaw to relax, which is easier said than done.

Accident & Emergency, it is the emergency room (or ER) at the hospital.

I've heard that locked jaw can be a sign of tetanus but don't take my word on that. Can you get to a doctor as soon as they reopen? Or does that require insurance too?

Try and put a warm compress on it to try and relax your jaw.
