What are your mindapples??
Sorry, I appear to be on a thread-making spree!
Some people from Time To Change accosted me on campus for world mental day to try to force feed me brownies and get me to fill in a sheet about mindapples, and now I'm asking you good folk of RYL (about mindapples, I'm afraid I have no brownies to offer!) Here's what it said on the 'apple' I was given: Quote:

I think mine are: 1. Prayer 2. Tea 3. Fellowship/Spending time with friends 4. Time alone for contemplation/reflection. 5. Sleep |
Mine would be..
1.Chatting to ALL the people. 2.Sleeping. 3.Planning things. 4.Playing Xbox. 5.Having time to think. I think I got that right. |
I like this concept:
1) A good long sleep 2) A nice cup of tea 3) A nice meal out with good wine ;-p 4) Certain films e.g most Disney, Stepmom, Love Actually etc. 5) Comedy e.g House, Big Bang Theory, Friends and so on. |
In no particular order...
1. Reading 2. Enough to eat 3. Spending time relaxing 4. Chatting with the girlfriend on Facebook or Skype (since we rarely get to meet up) 5. Playing videogames |
Erm

Mine are (Sorry I had to do 6, couldn't cope with just 5): 1. My sister visiting and staying over at mine. 2. Getting the sketchbooks out and scribbling out ideas. 3. Finishing a piece of art work. 4. Seeing my friend. 5. Curling up in front of the TV with a cup of tea (or cold beer or glass of wine:-p). 6. Having finished tidying my flat. The process can be a struggle, but I do feel better afterwards because I'm that cool. |

1. A cuddle, preferably a long one with the lady.
2. Time with my guinea pigs. 3. Creativity; drawing, Mehndi, Mehndi designs, tattooing. 4. Rest time with an interesting or funny thing to watch. 5. Self massage/physio stuff to keep pain levels manageable always helps. Legit going to make a huge effort to do all these things daily. |
