I feel like I made a huge step forward today in my fight against depression. I spoke to my mum about everything. She knows how I feel now. Its a massive weight off my chest, a weight I didn't even know I was holding. I know I've still got a long way to go but this is the start. Now that I know shes on my side I feel a lot stronger.

That's great! I'm glad to hear that you got it off your chest, and especially to your mom! I'm happy for you, and hopefully now it won't all be so bad. :]
