your 'make me feel better' songs :)

I dont know about you lot but when i need calming or im feeling a bit low i stick on my ipod and always seem to turn to the same tunes.
So i ask you...

What songs (if any) calm you down or make you feel better?

mine are

Owl city - hello seattle
owl city - Air Traffic

I considered starting a thread like this, good idea. :)

Joshua Radin - Brand New Day.
Really, I would recommend this to anyone. It's a really simple song, but it's beautiful. I'm a huge fan of Joshua Radin, and this is my favourite song by him. It's amazing.

Never Shout Never- On The Brightside.
Again, another really simple, yet beautiful song. In fact, I will recommend most Never Shout Never songs. Christofer Drew Ingle (aside from being BEAUTIFUL) is really good at what he does.

Together With The Sun Down - Chase Coy.
I really am a fan of acoustic music :) Again, a lovely, simple song. Reminds me of my boyfriend - who I love, so..

Stephan Jerzak - Cute
I think this song is great. It's made up of really cheesy chat up lines, and the tune is really happy sounding :)

There are loads of others, but for now...

All i can think of atm is Counting Crows - Accidently In Love. It's upbeat :tongue2:

Opus. 16-05-2010 06:16 PM

Also, Johnny Cash!

Especially: Luther played the Boogie.
On the day I moved out ofmy mum's house, she drove me across the country to my university, and all the way, we had this song on and danced like loonies. :)

Twenty years makes me so sad.Especially the lyric :''but all will pass and and too fast, you know''.God,it makes me cry.

My happy song is 'The magic position' by Patrick Wolf.
