she' going to die because of me! :(
 

My beautiful friend Kat, tried to kill herself in hospital on Monday and is now on life support in ICU...on friday they are going too switch off the machines.

I can't deal with this right now, she's too young to die, it shouldn't be her...it should be me...I need her!

We once ran away together...I can't get that day out of my head...running free, laughing, huddling together freezing cold wishing we never did it...drinking hot chocolate and window shopping...then I bought her elmo because she loved mine...I wanted her to have something that made her smile...I will never get to see her smile again

this can't be happening, no, no, no, no!

Why is life so unfair?

The worst part is I feel so responsible...the way she attempted it was how I did...she copied me...I put that stupid idea in her head

what have I done...I should be dead...not her!

I am sorry you are in this situation but it is not your fault.
She has her own mind and can make her own choices, you did not ask for this to happen. If she was so desperate to resort to suicide theres not much you could have done as a friend.
Have you got anyone to talk to about how you are feeling?

Take that chance to say goodbye and speak to her - they say people can often hear when they are in comas' and such..... Maybe she will hear you too - I'm sure if she can, she'll love having you there for her. xxxxxxxxxxx

I couldn't agree more hon. *cuddles you gently* and please, please believe me you are not responsible. If anything you brought her life a lot of the joy that was in it. I don't know how much you feel you can take in right now but I hope it goes as okay at the hospital as it can do. You were obviously so special to her and and I'm positive she would want you to take care of yourself.
